I am Carrie Ross, MFT, and I bring my expertise and knowledge of relational dynamics to the individuals, couples, and families I work with. I combine compassionate listening and deep curiosity to meet each person where they are. When life gets tough, relationships are usually the first thing to feel the impact. I believe that we all have the potential to make changes in our lives when we feel stuck or challenged, and no one is meant to do it alone.
I take a collaborative approach to both individual and relationship therapy to help clients become unstuck, break unhealthy patterns and begin to make new moves in their lives. I use a strengths-based, systemic approach integrating Emotionally Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy techniques into my work.
I bring my unique comfort with and knowledge of relational dynamics to the individuals, couples, and families I works with. I bring an approachable, empathetic nature to the couples and families she works with, combining compassionate listening and deep curiosity to meet each person where they are.
